Ref #2641: Lead Customer Support Engineer in Dublin City Centre

My client, are a city centre based company who have built a innovative SaaS-based platform that thrive to deliver personalised one-to-one experiences. As the Lead Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing customer support needs, providing technical support services, developing proactive alerting and monitoring, managing problems and issues whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is always maintained. This is an ideal role for an ambitious L2/L3 Support Engineer who would like to step into a Lead position and build out a team accordingly.
  • Comfortable scripting in Python, Bash, Java or similar object orientated language
  • Experience mitigating with customers is a must.
  • Good knowledge in both Cloud and Networking is essential
  • Good communication is imperative
