My client are a global leader withing the insurance and finance domain.
Currently, they have two open requirements for Desktop Support Engineers. In a nutshell, the role involves 1st line customer support in conjunction with Desktop and Telephone support.
The ideal candidate will come from a mid to senior size company and will display an aptitude to progress within the company.
- Previous commercial experience in the management and distribution of calls
- Experience in using IT call logging/support software
- Familiarity with Windows OS
- Proficient with Video Conferencing set-ups
- Building and Supporting Laptops
- ITIL awareness
